It's an old-fashioned way to run a nursery — raise everything from scratch, in our own tunnels and beds, so we know each plant by the time it leaves us. It keeps the prices honest and the quality high, and it means we can answer almost any question about how something will behave in your garden.

Over the years we've worked on award-winning displays at the Chelsea Flower Show — bronze sculptures by David Goode, planted water features, gardens of every size — and installed those same features for customers in gardens up and down the country. None of it changes the day-to-day: we're still in the tunnels at 9am, every day of the year.

If you'd like a garden designed, we'll come and have a look, talk it through, and draw up a planting plan at no charge. You only pay for what you put in the ground — and because we grow it, you'll struggle to find the same plants cheaper anywhere else.
